Centerville Invitational

On behalf of the staff, students, band boosters and administration of Centerville High School, we would like to cordially invite you to our 15th annual Centerville Invitational Marching Band competition on Saturday, October 29th, 2022. This event is a sanctioned competition of the Mid States Band Association (MSBA) and will be adjudicated by a judging panel from the Central States Judges Association.

Our competition will be hosted at Centerville High School Stadium, 500 E. Franklin St., Centerville, OH 45459.

Tickets -

General admission tickets are priced as follows. No refunds will be given on admission.

  • General Admission $15

  • Children under 5 FREE

We highly recommend pre-purchasing tickets to avoid lines at the event and save time getting to your seat. Pre-purchased tickets include a free printed program (while supplies last). Online ticket sales are available here

On site ticket sales will be located on the WEST side of the stadium – look for a tent in front of the stadium.

Credit cards are accepted for ticket purchases.

Please note, the campus traffic flow is one-way. Everyone must enter via the WEST side of the building and exit via the EAST side.

There is onsite spectator parking. Staff will be present during the day to assist motorists to the appropriate parking area. Handicapped parking areas will be designated near the stadium and can be located with the assistance of parking staff.

Entrance and Seating

The spectator entrance is located on the WEST side of the stadium. Gates will open at 12:30p.m. In order to make your visit comfortable, we encourage you to bring a stadium cushion or blanket as our seating is aluminum.

During SESSION 1 (12:30pm - 5pm) performing students may sit in sections A and E on the HOME side. During SESSION 2 (5pm - 9:30pm) performing students must sit on the VISITOR side to ensure seating for paying guests.

As a courtesy to our competitors, movement to and from seating will be limited during all performances. Ushers will restrict spectators from entering the seating area while bands are playing.

Wheelchair and accessible seating will be available in the first two rows of the seating sections. Please see any usher for assistance.

Video recording of performances is prohibited due to copyright laws.


Concessions will be available throughout the day on the HOME side. Visitors side concessions will open at 6:30pm. A variety of hot and cold foods and drinks will be offered at reasonable prices. Credit cards are accepted at Concessions.

In addition to Concessions, we will be offering a Bake Sale with an amazing variety of baked goods from our families and friends.
