Centerville Invitational



Thank you for a fantastic Centerville Invitational this year!  A combination of great weather and great fans brought a big crowd – we appreciate your support of the Centerville Band. Congratulations to all of the bands for your wonderful performances!

Special congratulations to our Grand Champion, Miamisburg High School, and to the Class Champions: A – Corbin High School; AA – Carroll High School; AAA – Bellbrook High School; AAAA – Lebanon High School; Open – Miamisburg High School.



On beCI Logohalf of the staff, students, band boosters and administration of Centerville High School, we would like to invite you to our 10th annual Centerville Invitational Marching Band competition on Saturday, October 29th, 2016.  This event is
a sanctioned competition of the Mid States Band Association (MSBA) and will be adjudicated by a judging panel from the Central States Judges Association.

Our competition will be hosted at Centerville High School Stadium, 500 E. Franklin St., Centerville, OH  45459.

Gates open at 3:30pm with the Opening Ceremony beginning at 3:50pm and the first performance scheduled for 4:00pm. The Invitational will continue through an exhibition performance by the Centerville Jazz Band followed by Awards at approximately 10:30pm.


ALL of our parking is FREE and CONVENIENT!  The SOUTH parking area (between the Performing Arts Center and the Stadium) will be reserved for spectator parking.  Staff will be present during the day to assists motorists to the appropriate parking area.  Please note, entrance onto the property and the campus traffic flow is one-way.    Printable map of CHS.

Handicapped parking areas will be designated near the stadium and can be located with the assistance of parking staff.



General admission tickets are priced as the following. No refunds will be given on admission.

• Adults $10
• Senior 55 and older $9
• Military $9
• Children under 6 FREE

Ticket Sales is located on the WEST side of the stadium just outside the spectator entrance. Programs will be available for purchase at the ticket booth and at various locations throughout the stadium.

Credit cards are accepted for ticket purchases.

Entrance and Seating

The spectator entrance is located on the WEST side of the stadium. Gates will open at 3:30pm. In order to make your visit comfortable, we encourage you to bring a stadium cushion or blanket as our seating is aluminum.

All wrist bands will be issued as General Admission. Bands that have performed will be allowed to sit on the HOME side of the field as space allows, but may be asked to sit on the VISITOR side of the field as seats are needed for paying guests.

As a courtesy to our competitors, movement to and from seating will be limited during all performances. Ushers will restrict spectators from entering the seating area while bands are playing.

Wheelchair and accessible seating will be available in the first two rows of the seating sections.  Please see any usher for assistance.

Video Recording

Video recording of performances is prohibited due to copyright laws.


Concessions will be available throughout the day and evening.  A variety of hot and cold snack foods and drinks will be offered at reasonable prices, including pizza, Chick Fil A sandwiches, nachos, pretzels, etc.  Concession sales will close at 9:45 pm.  Credit cards are accepted.
