FINAL WEDNESDAY SHEET FOR “WIRED” SEASON

11/15 THURSDAY       BOA GRAND NATIONALS IN INDIANAPOLIS: ALL JAZZ: Drop off your luggage in the

                                    band room before school. Go to advisory and then return to the band room after

                                    advisory.  Pack a sack lunch to bring with you. Our prelim performance time is 2:30pm.

11/16  FRIDAY            ALL JAZZ: practice day at Avon HS.

11/17  SATURDAY      BOA GRAND NATIONALS: semi-finals and finals performance times TBA.

11/18  SUNDAY          BOA GRAND NATIONALS BRUNCH:    at 9:00am at Jonathan Byrd’s Cafeteria in

                                    Greenwood, IN.

NOTES:

1. ITEMS TO BRING TO INDY:

     Guard: parka bag with parka, guard gloves, guard bag, competition makeup, guard towel, hair supplies, guard sweatshirt.

     Musicians: parka bag with parka, marching shoes, 2 or more pair of black socks, 2 or more black t-shirts, black gloves. POLISH YOUR MARCHING SHOES.

2. PARENTS: it’s a good idea to double check your hotel reservations before you leave and don’t forget your finals tickets if you purchased them in advance.

3. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO RCA DOME IN INDIANAPOLIS: From I-70 West: I-70 West briefly merges with I-65 South. Stay on I-70W/65S. Follow I-70 as it turns to run due west after it leaves I-65. Take exit 79A (West and Missouri). Turn right (north) onto Missouri Street. This will lead to the dome.

4. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO JONATHAN BYRD’S CAFETERIA: Jonathan Byrd’s is south of Indianapolis. Take I-65 South to exit 99, Greenwood, IN. Go to the right off the exit and at the first stop light, turn left. Jonathan Byrd’s is on your right. Parents, friends and family should plan on checking in between 8:30 and 9:00. The kids will arrive about 9:20.
