to band room 7:00 am. Eat a good breakfast and pack a sack
lunch.
Prelim performance time is 1:00pm.at the RCA Dome in
Indianapolis.

finals and finals times to be announced. (see note #7).

SUNDAY |
BRUNCH:
9:30 am
at Jonathan Byrd’s Cafeteria. We should arrive back at CHS
approx 1:30pm. Students to help unload truck. (see note #5).

JAZZ: PIZZA PARTY
to be held in band room 3pm (sponsored by Doug Lantz).

NOTES:

1.
BAND HALLWAY SEND-OFF:
Posters and hall decorations can be dropped off Thurs after
5:30 pm.
|

2.
CHECK AND DOUBLE CHECK:
All contents of parka bag (including your parka), instrument
case and flag bag for EVERYTHING you will need.
Marching members:
Please shine your shoes for the weekend. Don’t forget 2 pair
of black socks and 2 black t-shirts
Guard:
Don't forget your unitard, gloves, shoes, make-up and hair
supplies.

Double check your hotel reservations. Don’t forget your
finals tickets if you purchased them.

We
will have rooms in the Convention Center for the kids and
staff. We will be in rooms 109 &110. We will not be
able to have visitors following finals due to time
restrictions as we must be out no later than midnight.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS to Jonathan Byrd’s Cafeteria:
Jonathan Byrd’s is south of Indianapolis.

Take the right off I-65 at exit 99 (Greenwood),

Go to the right off the exit and at the first stop
light, turn left.

Jonathan Byrd’s is on your right.

Parents, friends and family should plan on checking in
between 8:30 and 9:00. Band students will be arriving
around 9:20-9:30am. Call Sandy Schwartzwalder at
433-8458 with questions.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO RCA DOME:
From I-70 West: I-70 West briefly merges with I-65 South.
Stay on I-70W/65S. Follow I-70 as it turns to run due west
after it leaves I-65. Take exit 79A (West & Missouri). Turn
right (north) onto Missouri St. This will lead to the dome.
