Weekly "Wednesday" Information Sheet

10/19	THURSDAY	ALL JAZZ: 6:00-8:30pm (black shirt and shoes).
10/20	FRIDAY	ALL JAZZ: 3:15-4:45. Report back to CHS at 6:00 for home game vs. Springfield South (Senior Night with seniors dressing earlier for pictures).
10/21	SATURDAY	ALL JAZZ: 9-12 and 1:30-4:30. Chili dinner begins at 4:30. Depart 6:30 for Mason competition. Our performance time is 10:00pm.  Senior families bring: your favorite chili   Junior families: warm vegetable/side dish  Sophomore families: salads and breads  Freshman families:      A-L alternate side dish      N-Z two dozen cookies.

10/23	MONDAY	ALL JAZZ: 6:00-8:30pm. Domino’s Pizza Night (see note #5).
10/24	TUESDAY.	Woodwinds & Brass: 3:15-5:30pm.  Percussion & Color Guard: 6:00-8:30pm
10/25	WEDNESDAY	ALL JAZZ: Pops Concert, report at 7:00pm with leadership team reporting at 6:45pm..

NOTES:

1. Musicians and Guard: Make sure you have your parka bag with all necessary items.

2. FOOTBALL FOODING: The following are responsible for providing 2 dozen cookies, brownies, or rice crispy treats in a disposable contain for this weeks football game. Cissy Tarbell will be at the end of practice on Thursday if you would like to bring them at that time or I will be in the band hallway until 6:30 on Friday the night of the game. 3. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO MASON: Take Route 48 south to Lebanon. Pick up Route 42 out of Lebanon. Make a left turn onto Mason-Montgomery Rd. School will be on your right.

5. DOMINOS PIZZA NIGHT: Every Monday in October from 3-9pm. Mention “Centerville Jazz Band” when ordering from the Franklin St. or Bigger Road Dominos. We will receive 20% of the order as a donation to the Jazz Band.

6. POINSETTA AND GIFT WRAP FUNDRAISER:            Last day for sales is Oct. 18th. All orders and money must be turned into area captains by Fri. Oct 20th.

7. ATLANTA SEND OFF: Parents, please remember to make posters for the band hallway for the Atlanta sendoff. They can be brought in on Thursday Oct. 26th after 5:30.
