DIRECTIONS TO XENIA HS:
- Take I-675 N. Merge onto
US-35 via exit 13A toward Xenia.
- Take US-35 Business Route
toward Xenia. T
- Turn left onto N Detroit St (US-68).

Posters needed for Louisville sendoff to decorate band
hallway. Please make posters for all
jazz or sections (not
individual musicians). Drop off posters after 5:00 on Thurs.

4. LOUISVILLE FOODING:
The students need to eat
breakfast before arriving at school Sat. morning. They need
to bring
a sack lunch along with extra money for
concessions. Dinner will be provided. A snack bag will also
be provided for the
trip home. |
5. LOUISVILLE PARENT BUS:
There are still a few seats available on the parent bus. The parent bus
will follow the
same schedule as the kid's bus. We will
provide a light breakfast Saturday morning and snacks on the
ride home.
Meals and tickets are the parent's
responsibility. Feel free to bring a small cooler and carry

LOUISVILLE TICKETS:
Our ticket chair has
been given 25 day-pass tickets to sell ahead of time.
The
money goes into the CBB general fund. If you would like to
purchase these contact Maribeth Sipniewski
mbsip62@aol.com.
The all day tickets are $21.

- Our prelim performance time
is 1:15pm.
- Prelim awards are at 5:00pm.
- Finals competition starts at 7:00pm (Finals performance times will be announced after prelims).
- The buses
should arrive back at CHS approx 2:30am.
