The 2006 Centerville Jazz Band show was "The Man Who Wasn't There." The production took the audience into the mind of a troubled woman who was haunted by a phantom counterpart. Old staircases set the stage for a journey on the dark side for the Centerville Jazz Band. The show featured the music of Bernard Hermann, Stephen Sondheim, Benoit Jutras, and Michael Daugherty.
