It is Poinsettia Sale Time! Packets will be handed out at practice on
Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012.
The Jazz Band will be selling poinsettias from Oct. 18 – Nov. 17, yes, you will have time to sell AFTER band season is over, with delivery Friday, November 30, 2012. This is a PREPAY SALE, so all orders will be submitted with payment, checks can be made out to the Centerville Band Boosters. 30% of your sales will be credited to your account for Winter Guard, Winter Drumline, or Fall 2013 Marching Band Season, so you will want to sell!
We are keeping our prices the same as last year. We are offering a 6 inch pot for $9 and an 9 inch pot for $18, Both sizes are available in Red, White, Pink, or Marble.
Please fill out your order form completely and copy your order forms! Turn order forms in with payment on Nov. 17, 2012 9 am – Noon in the band hallway. Additional order forms can be printed as needed.
Plan to pick up your order on Nov. 30, between 5 pm and 7 pm. If you are unable to pick up your order yourself, please have someone else pick it up. The plants cannot be left at the school. Poinsettias are very fragile, so you have to keep them warm! Deliver your poinsettia as soon as you can, but don't leave it outside or let it dry out. Putting it too close to a heater vent or the fireplace may kill it. Our vendor will not replace plants damaged due to improper handling.
