Centerville City Schools Band - Band Calendar Fundraiser

Selling Calendar Ads is a great way to help pay your 2008 band fees excluding the Winter Guard/Winter Percussion fees. Each student receives 40% of his or her sales plus 100% of any donations. Ad sales will begin on Feb. 1, 2008 and end on Feb. 27, 2008

Current Band Members: Your Area Captain will contact you prior to Jan. 30, 2008. Please let your area captain know if you will be selling Calendar Ads. If you plan on participating, your area captain will provide you with a sales packet and ad renewal forms.

Rookies: (Anyone new to the band in 2007):
Be on the lookout for the Rookie Pool sign-up sheet on the band board in mid-January. Rookie Pool drawing will be Feb. 15, 2008. You will be called if your name is drawn.

Jan. 30, 2008
Kick off Meeting at CHS, Area Captains Only. Student packets will be distributed at this time.

Feb. 1, 2008
Calendar Ad Sales Begin

Attention 8th Graders: Will you be joining the Jazz Band for the 2008 season?
Several fundraisers are held throughout the year that can be used to pay your band fees. The first fundraiser of 2008 is Calendar Ad Sales. If you are interested in participating in calendar ad sales or any other fundraiser, contact:
