Centerville Band Showcase

Showcase 4

To celebrate National Music in our Schools month, the Centerville Band Program is excited to present our 3rd annual Centerville Band Showcase on Monday, March 19th 2018 at 7:00 PM.  This concert will feature over 600 of our band students in grades 6-12 in a unique combined concert in the Centerville High School Main Gym and is free and open to all members of the community.

This night of music will feature combined grade level bands for 6-8th grades from our three middle schools (Magsig, Tower Heights, and Watts), as well as the three CHS high school bands (our Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, and Concert Band), who will all present one selection each. As the grand finale of the evening, all 600 students will perform a closing song together!!

In conjunction with the Centerville Band Showcase we will also kick off our Annual Giving Campaign for musical instrument replacement.  In the past the Band Boosters and Centerville City Schools joined together for a major instrument purchase to meet the critical needs of all band programs in the district (middle schools and CHS).  Our annual campaign ensures we have the funds available to replace instruments more gradually as the need arises.

Please plan to join us for a night celebrating the hard work and success of our band students throughout the district.
