The Centerville Jazz Band is the marching band from Centerville High School, Centerville, Ohio. Since 1984 the band has performed big band jazz in traditional and contemporary forms. The Centerville Jazz Band has been called "the world's biggest big band."
Under the direction of Wayne Markworth for 35 years, the Centerville Jazz Band has achieved top honors in local, regional and national competitions. Thousands of Centerville High School students have enhanced their high school experience and in many cases their whole lives have benefited by their participation in this dynamic program at CHS. Now under the direction of Brandon Barrometti the tradition continues.
