Calling all parents. If you haven't already been contacted
by one of these Invitational committee chairpersons
about helping on the 25th, don't wait until the last minute to
volunteer!
Preliminary competition starts at 1:00pm to 5:30pm, then finals
from 7:00pm to approx. 10:00pm (subject to the number of bands
participating). Shifts are generally for 3 to 4 hrs, but it
could depend on the job. The committee chair will give you more
information about the job.
Help make our competition a success! Send your email (or call)
to volunteer for one or more jobs!
